1. Is racism something you experience or have experienced in your home country?

---In my memory, there is no specific experience about racism at all. However, there are 2 recent event let Han race have some special opinions about other race in China. These two events happened in 2013. People who live in Sinkiang and Tibet hit Han people because they have listened some negative statements about China, so they became aggressive to Han people and China. These events caused that Han people have special opinions to them, Han people think they are aggressive. These events also resulted in side effect to Tourist industry to these two places in China.

2. Do you believe the USA is a country where the instances of racism are more rare than common?

---I do not think the USA is a country where the instances of racism are more rare than common. According to American history, there was a long period that black people were slaves, and there were also a lot of great people contributed their whole lives to against racism. Also, through movies and novels, we can know that the racism exist in the USA too.

3. What does race/color discrimination involve?

---Race/color discrimination involves all prejudice and discrimination to people who have different color and different race with you.It also involves negative stereotypes to people who are in different race or color with you.

4. Does the concept of diversity include only racial differences? 

---In my opinion, the diversity not only include racial differences but also cultural differences. For example, although northern Chinese and Southern Chinese are both Han people, but they have different cultural feedback and habits, so the diversity also exist.5. Based on the movie Crash, why do people become violent and biased toward others? Why is their prejudice based on racial or ethnic bias?

---In that movie, people who be harmed by violence became violent because the terrible violence made bias in their cognition, they cannot forgive these prejudice, then they try to find a new balance in their cognition so they exert violence to white person and people who harmed them. The prejudice caused their violence. Their prejudice based on racial and ethnic bias because of history and the race diversity. There is another reason I also think it is effected is that some black people did bad things which are not legal or ethical, so white people have more prejudice to them.
